Q1: How can I tell if it is human hair?

Q2: Can I dye the hair?
Our virgin hair can be coloured. In general, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten it. We recommend that you dye your hair darker, but it's best to see a professional hairdresser. Improper colouring will ruin your hair. We strongly recommend that you have your extensions coloured by your hairdresser as this will give you the results you want and there is always a high risk that you will not get the colour you want. If you can't go to a salon, always use a good quality hair colour and test a sall sample first.
Q3: Why do you have so many different qualities of hair?
Because customer needs in different markets are different, some customers need cheap, some customers need high quality and some customers like to dye special colours. So we prepare a lot of different qualities of hair to meet the needs of each customer.
Q4: How long will the hair last?
It depends on how you take care of it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it. Normally it can last more than 1 year.
Q5: How do I take care of my hair?
1. Fill a sink with cool or lukewarm water.
2. Add a dash of mild shampoo and gently wash the hair.
3. Shake out the hair and do not brush when wet.
4. Rinse thoroughly in cold water and allow to air dry.
5. When hair is completely dry, brush into desired style.
6. Curls will snap back into place when completely dry, do not expose to sunlight.
Q6: Why don't the colors of the hair extensions seem exactly the same as the pictures or description?
Due to the difference in display screens, hair of the same colour may appear slightly different on different screens.
